The Philadelphia Flower Show, the largest and oldest flower show in the country, is a proud sponsor of the 2008 San Gennaro Festival. “Bella Italia”, this year’s theme at the Flower Show, will celebrate the art, the fashion, the music and the gardens of Italy. The Philadelphia Flower Show is held March 1-8, 2009, and is produced by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS), Presenting Sponsor is PNC Bank. The Show is the largest fundraiser for PHS and all proceeds support the outreach efforts including its acclaimed greening program, Philadelphia Green.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

Sweepstakes only open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older at time of entry.

Entries received by 11:59am EST October 31, 2008 will be eligible. Entries can be submitted in person at the Flower Show booth at the San Gennaro Festival, online at www.theflowershow.com, or by mail: PHS, 100 N. 20th Street, 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103, Attn: Advance Sales. All entries must contain entrant’s name and telephone number. Only one entry per person.No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Any alterations or forged entries will void the entry.

First prize is two round-trip Airline tickets to any Southwest operated published destination in the U.S (ATA code-share flights not applicable); Airline tickets must be used by 3/31/09; valued at $800. Second prize is a package consiting of two Flower Show tickets, two round-trip tickets on Amtrak Acela service to Philadelphia, and an overnight stay at Loews Hotel or Hilton Garden Inn (at the sponsors’ discretion); valued at $650. Amtrak travel is subject to availability, and cannot be reissued, renewed or redeemed for cash. All applicable accommodation taxes are included.

Odds of winning depends on number of entries received.

Airline ticket winners will be notified by telephone by November 1, 2008.
Flower Show package winners will be notified by telephone by January 15, 2009.

All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
The sponsors of this sweepstakes are Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), Hilton Garden Inn, Loews, and Southwest Airlines. Employees of these sponsors and the sponsors’ advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The judges’ decisions are final.

Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage due.

Winners will be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability release within ten (10) days of notification or prize will be forfeited. Travel companions will be required to sign and return a liability release prior to traveling.

All entries are the property of PHS and sponsors and will not be returned.

By accepting the prize, you consent to use of your name and image for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Amtrak for reason of unavailability in which a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

All prizes will be awarded.

Sponsors are not responsible for technical, telephone, hardware or software malfunction, lost, interrupted, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, including the inaccurate or incorrect capture of online entry information, or any other errors of any kind, however caused, that may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the sponsors opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with or alteration of any portion of the sweepstakes, or if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the sponsors reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes or void any or all electronic entries. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the sweepstakes judges in writing if the entrant changes his/her phone number after entering the sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered online, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account or phone number, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.
