Along with proceeds from the Philadelphia International Flower Show, membership dues, and other fundraising efforts, gifts to PHS provide unrestricted support for our programs and services, allowing PHS to carry out its mission to improve the quality of life and create a sense of community through horticulture.

PHS supports community gardens, revitalizes neighborhood parks, organizes tree plantings, and cares for spectacular public landscapes throughout the region. PHS fights hunger through City Harvest. A partnership with equally commited organizations across Philadelphia, City Harvest has grown and donated 120,000 lbs of fresh produce---helping to feed 1,000 families each week of the growing season.
